Before he was married twice, first with Fred Miller who was his high school love whom Larry wedded in the year 1952 when he was a teen of 19 years old. Her second step-mother was Annette Kaye. She was the granddaughter of Edward Zeiger and Jennie Gitlitz. The daughter of Larry King was born in a huge family with four siblings who are known as; Cannon Edward King, Larry King Jr., Chance Armstrong King, and Andy King. Her late brother Andy, Akins’ son was adopted from a previous relationship after the two got married. Her parents Akins and King first wed in 1961 and the couple split in 1963. They got back together in 1967 only to separate again in 1972.
Miss King’s father passed away on 19th August 2020 following complications from lung cancer. He was said to have fought lung cancer bravely for years before succumbing to it in August 2020. Her elder half-brother, Andy, 65, passed away suddenly the previous week.
