Paloma, a new girl, transfers into the school, and Selah recognizes her talent right away. Selah tells Paloma that she reminds her of herself and decides to start grooming her for the throne. Bobby asks Paloma if she remembers Teela, the girl who used to be in her position, and warns her that Selah drugged her, causing a car accident and ultimately her expulsion. Paloma vomits and becomes unresponsive during the party. Paloma is found by the two of them, but she flees and stumbles over a railing on the side of a cliff in her confusion.
