Best Friends Whenever

Salaz announced in 2016 that she would be playing Princess Daisy in the second season of Best Friends Whenever on the Disney Channel. In addition, she declared that she and Celine would be getting back together to form a new female band named “SNRG” and that they were in talks with major record labels and film studios regarding their songs. Summer Reign was a previous member of Sweet Suspense. It was confirmed that she had quit SNRG in May of 2016.

A key figure in Best Friends Whenever’s second season is Queen Daisy Grundenwald. Daisy is the time-displaced daughter of King Leofrick Grundenwald and Queen Lavinia. Daisy emerges from the time fissure at West Portland High, where she meets Cyd, Shelby, Barry, and Naldo, who are startled to learn she is a princess from the year 1522. Daisy embodies beauty, naivety, humor, quirkiness, and innocence. She is also utterly unfamiliar with modern ways of living. She also excels at all games.

Daisy first appears after traveling through a time fissure. For the rest of the episode, Barry and Shelby battle to see who can get her back to her time first. While doing so, Cyd and Shelby are horrified to learn that Daisy is a princess whose parents have died and is imprisoned. Near the end of the episode, she decides to stay in the twenty-first century, revealing that she will stay with Naldo. Daisy joins Cyd and Shelby for one of their “Epic Girls Day” events at the West Portland Promenade.

In this episode, Daisy learns about Barry and Naldo’s prank war. After they taunt her and declare it’s “very serious business,” she announces her ability to knight someone, and the two lads pause their prank war to accomplish a series of obstacles set up by Daisy in order for Chet and Bret to be knights. At the conclusion of the show, it is revealed that she doesn’t have the right to knight individuals and that all of the tasks were a hoax, and she was only playing the game to show that she could prank better than them.

Sweet Suspense

On June 11, 2015, it was announced that Salaz would join the girl band Sweet Suspense, replacing Celine Polenghi as the group’s third member. They were due to release a song called “Money” in 2015; but, in September, it was formally confirmed that she had quit the group to pursue a career in television, leaving the group’s future uncertain.

The Lion Guard

Salaz provides the voice of Anga, a martial eagle, in The Lion Guard. Anga, a juvenile female martial eagle, resides at the Tree of Life. After Ono’s vision is injured, he delegated his duty to Anga, who became the Lion Guard’s new Keenest of Sight before joining the Night Pride.

As a young eagle-like Beshte and Ono, Anga’s only change is that she is smaller. As a teenager, Anga’s feathers were purple and white with black and white underlining. Her eyes are golden and blue, while her feet are dark gray. She also has dark black stripes down both legs. She has a dark-grey beak and a black cap on her head. In Season 3, she received her own Mark of the Guard, which was brilliant purple and located on her left wing, just like Ono. When Kion retired as Lion Guard leader and joined the Night Pride, Anga and the rest of Kion’s Guard followed suit. She now has the Night Pride Mark on her right wing, which is the same bright purple as her Guard Mark.

Anga is revealed to be rather forthright and not readily impressed or amused, frequently remaining silent even when others address her. However, her “whatever” attitude is revealed to be mostly a ruse, and once she has opened up to someone, she is an admirable bird with a brave heart, willing to enter a perilous scenario to defend her home. She can work alone or in a group and always gives her all.

Anga, like most other birds, adores Hadithi and is frequently dazzled by his presence, becoming delighted about the prospect of working with him. Anga is immensely concerned about Ono, as seen by the fact that when he loses his vision, she stays near to him. Anga is also highly supportive of him when he has doubts about himself or is injured by someone.

Anga is an eagle that is willing to put her life in risk to protect the Pride Lands. However, she is not known for her talkativeness. She is kind and empathetic, but also stoic, and she rarely expresses her emotions, but she does offer support and encouragement to her friends when they need it.
