Brian Posehn is a stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, composer, and writer from the United States. Following several TV guest star roles, Posehn landed his first significant recurring role alongside Bob and David on HBO’s Mr. Show. His most well-known roles are as Brian Spukowski on Comedy Central’s The Sarah Silverman Program and Jim Kuback on The WB’s Mission Hill. Posehn played geologist Bert Kibbler in a recurring role on The Big Bang Theory.

He played Ride Guy, a guest star on The Mighty B! episode Sweet Sixteenth. Ride Guy is a ticket taker for The Punisher, a small roller coaster in San Francisco. In addition, he starred in “The Geology Elevation” and “The Fetal Kick Catalyst” after being awarded a $500,000 MacArthur Fellowship.
In “The Separation Agitation,” Bert discusses his friendship with Rebecca, the person he met through the fellowship. He later breaks up with her and buys expensive items to win her back. Bert offers Sheldon to work with him on a Dark Matter project in “The Geology Methodology,” but Sheldon is embarrassed to tell anyone about his work.
Bert takes Howard’s place in “The Solo Oscillation,” where Howard and Raj are playing in their band “Footprints on the Moon.” In “The Bow Tie Asymmetry,” Bert assists Amy and Sheldon in determining the wedding gift by drawing a comparison between himself and a geode. Bert begs Raj for assistance in cracking open a meteorite in “The Meteorite Manifestation,” but Leonard takes it and turns into a flesh-eating zombie.
In “The Inspiration Deprivation,” Bert is involved in an accident, so Howard sells him the scooter after purchasing it. In the last episode of the show, Bert takes care of Cinnamon with the intention of using her to help him attract girls and locate a puppy that resembles her.
Sym-Bionic Titan
Posehn voices Octus (Newton) and one additional Sym-Bionic Titan character. With a multitude of abilities at his disposal, Octus is a sophisticated bio-cybernetic robot that was dispatched to Earth alongside Lance in order to defend Princess Ilana from her war-torn planet, Galaluna. Steven Universe
In Steven Universe and Steven Universe Future, he provides the voice of Sour Cream. “Lars and the Cool Kids” marked the debut of Sour Cream, a resident of Beach City and local DJ. His debut is in the “Frybo” episode. He was a member of Sadie Killer and the Suspects and is now one of “The Cool Kids”. It is suspected in “Joy Ride” that Yellowtail is his stepfather, and it is revealed in “Onion Friend” that Sour Cream is Onion’s elder maternal half-brother, Vidalia’s son, and Yellowtail’s stepson. It is revealed in “Onion Friend” and “Drop Beat Dad” that Marty is Sour Cream’s real father.
The young man known as Sour Cream has a long, angular face, ice-blue eyes, and platinum blonde hair that has been fashioned into a point. He’s dressed in brilliant sea foam green tennis shoes, orange phat pants, and a grayish-blue sweatshirt over a light gray undershirt. He frequently has a worried expression on his face. When his pants are unzipped, they become shorts.
In most conversations, Sour Cream is “chill” and soft-spoken. He likes to DJ with Nintendo consoles for his “friends from the internet” or anyone who will love his music, dance, “rave,” and listen to electronic music.
