Heck appeared as young Johnny Kohler / Dan Chase in the American drama thriller television series The Old Man. Dan Chase is an Afghanistan veteran and former CIA agent who has spent thirty years living off the grid in Vermont. Chase hides after killing an intruder who breaks into his house. Zoe McDonald, who he rents a room from, ends up being his forced traveling companion.
Harold Harper, the FBI’s Assistant Director for Counterintelligence, is brought in to capture Chase because to their convoluted history during the Soviet-Afghan War. Alongside Harper are his protégés, Julian Carson, a hitman Harper recruited to assassinate Chase, FBI agent Angela Adams, and CIA officer Raymond Waters.
Heck role as I Know What You Did Last Summer
He made an appearance in the Prime Video original series I Know What You Did Last Summer as Bruce Grant, one of the major protagonists. 2019 saw the announcement of the series’ development by Amazon Studios, with executive producers James Wan and Neal H. Moritz in charge.
In October 2020, a straight-to-series order was placed for it. The Oahu location saw filming commence in January 2021. The remaining episodes will release on a weekly basis after the first four episodes, which debuted on October 15, 2021, to a mixed reception on Amazon Prime Video. After one season, the show was terminated in January 2022.
Heck Taxi Brooklyn
Heck made an appearance as Cat’s ex-husband and FBI agent Special Agent Gregg James. He gets shot by the Capella family gunman in “Revenge”. Detective Caitlin “Cat” Sullivan is assigned to the Brooklyn Police Department. When her driving rights are revoked, she is dependent upon French-born Brooklyn taxi driver Leo Romba. Leo ends up driving Cat around and serving as her de facto case consultant. Cat is working with Leo to solve crimes while simultaneously conducting an unapproved personal investigation into the passing of her father, an NYPD detective who is believed to have been murdered by the Capella criminal family. She gets into arguments with her supervisor, Captain Baker, and her ex-husband, Gregg, who has taken up the investigation for the FBI, as a result.
Heck role on The Alienist
In the debut episode of TNT’s suspense collection, “The Alienist,” he played John Beecham. Former corporal John Beecham was admitted to St. Elizabeth’s Hospital due to his violent and erratic behavior. After being released from prison, he began working for the Census Bureau and, as a result of his mental instability, eventually found a method to approach and murder his young victims.
John Beecham is a tall, light-brown man in his forties with broad shoulders and a powerful, muscular frame. His mental history of violence and insanity contrasts sharply with his outward look as a muscular, attractive young guy. In addition to being a victim of physical and psychological violence at the hands of his own parents, Beecham has survived sexual assault.
Raised with images of disfigured bodies in his early years, Beecham has a history of severe facial spasms, profound scars, and a psychosomatic reaction. This response is only lessened when one climbs a mountain or commits a murder. Beecham also found sexual fulfillment in the disfigurement of masculine forms. A young girl who had known him, Ellie Leshka, feels that he was harmless and just wanted a close friendship. But before she could continue meeting Beecham, her parents interfered and were fired.
