Ben Rappaport is an American actor well recognized for his work on The Good Wife, on Mr. Robot, on Younger, on Ozark, and on For the People. He made his acting debut on the NBC sitcom Outsourced, playing the lead character Todd Dempsy.

Management assigns Todd the duty of reviewing his team and laying off an employee owing to insufficient sales. Gupta feels he will be laid off after erroneously lip-reading Rajiv and Todd’s conversation. Manmeet invites Todd to a hotel to dine steak and instantly befriends him. Todd discovers that the reason sales is down is that Manmeet flirts with his customers instead of selling items. He confronts Manmeet, who utilizes his flirtatiousness to sell more novelty items and increase revenue, eliminating the need for layoffs.
