Ashley Rickards plays Janet in writer-director Chelsea Vance’s short film ‘Web Journal Now’ in 2006. ‘Everybody Hates Chris,’ ‘CSI: NY,’ ‘Zoey 101,’ ‘Ugly Betty,’ ‘Entourage,’ and ‘Outlaw’ were among the TV shows she appeared in during the next few years. She made an appearance in the 2007 telefilm ‘American Family,’ alongside Rachel Spectre and Michelle Barkowski. She appeared in the short film ‘Spoonfed’ that year. During this time, even though she was consistently hired, she was not allowed to work more than a certain number of hours due to child labour restrictions in the United States. Rickards made her film debut in the action thriller ‘Gamer’ in 2009. In her career, she has participated in three music videos: In 2006, The Fray’s ‘How to Save a Life’ was released.
