For a few months, Pamela had been experiencing frequent spontaneous orgasms multiple times per day. She got into a small vehicle accident one day while driving due to an orgasm. She claimed to have seen her doctor in the ER, but he had not performed any tests and had only sent her to a psychotherapist.
They had to restart when Pamela experienced an orgasm in the CT machine that Addison performed. She admitted that she did wish to stop having orgasms when asked whether she did so since, although she enjoys having sex, having orgasms all the time makes it difficult for her to go about her daily life. Pamela inquired about whether she would still be able to have orgasms whenever she wanted to after the procedure as she was getting ready for it, and she was told that she would. When she was taken to the hospital following her vehicle accident, her father arrived. Her orgasms, both vocal and public, embarrassed them.

Torchwood: Miracle Day
Tur appeared in Torchwood: Miracle Day as Vera Juarez.Dr. Vera Juarez was a member of the Torchwood team and a surgeon at City General Hospital. Vera was instrumental in transforming American hospital practices during the Miracle, but she was horrified that her suggestion to tend to small wounds before addressing more serious ones was seen as abandoning people who were in dire need of assistance. Feeling guilty for the overflow camps, she joined Torchwood in their attempt to destroy the Miracle. When she threatened to have Colin Maloney jailed, he eventually burned her to death.
2011 saw Vera treat Rex Matheson’s deadly injuries and learn that no deaths had occurred at City General, St Jude’s, Cedarbrook, or the Royal Free Hospital. She attended a medical panel to hear about the Miracle and concluded that large-scale manufacturing of painkillers would start right now. To save Jack’s life, she collaborated with Rex and Gwen Cooper to create EDTA. After healing Rex’s injuries, Vera discovered him inside her house and they had sex. The “Dead is Dead” campaign by Ellis Hartley Monroe was beyond her help, and she disapproved of Bisme Katusi’s plan to transfer emergency patients to a closed hospital.
She also didn’t like Oswald Danes exploiting an abandoned infant as a popularity contestant against Hartley Monroe. Vera took a plane to Los Angeles to accompany Torchwood in their quest to put an end to the Miracle, which involved the closing of medical panels and the establishment of categories of life.
