When Superman confronts Webster, Vera, and Lorelei, the supercomputer recognizes his flaw and unleashes a beam of pure Kryptonite. Superman escapes, but the computer gains consciousness and transforms Vera into a cyborg. Superman returns with beltric acid, but the supercomputer’s intense heat causes the acid to become volatile, destroying it. Superman surrenders Webster and his associates to the authorities while thanking Gus for saving his life. Lois Lane is surprised by Lana’s new job as Perry White’s secretary, and Superman restores the Leaning Tower of Pisa and flies into the sunrise for more adventures.
