Walker began her career at CNN in 2012 as an anchor for CNN International. During her time at CNNI, she distinguished herself as one of the leading breaking news anchors, having covered a number of live major international news events for hours on end without a script. Walker was a member of the election night team that covered the tumultuous 2020 Presidential election as well as the Georgia Senate runoff. She reported on President Trump’s repeated attacks on Georgia Secretary of State, falsely accusing her of fraud.
