In the seventh episode of American Horror Story, Cult, Pill joins the cast as Ivy Mayfair-Richards, a worried mother in a difficult time. She strives to be strong for the people she loves and faces challenges as Ally’s phobias start to threaten the stability of their family. Ivy is a strong, independent woman who would stop at nothing to have Oz all to herself. Her eyes are brown, and she has short blonde hair.

After 9/11, Ally met Ivy, a woman with a history of phobias and depression, who assisted her in overcoming her despair. Ivy would be the cook and Ally would be the restauranteur when they founded a restaurant. After being married, Ally gave birth to Oz, their child, as a result of Ivy’s endometriosis. This increased Ivy’s jealousy and made her feel alienated.
