Adam Boland is the Managing Director of Bohdee Media, an Australian production firm. He was previously the executive producer of Sunrise on the Seven Network, as well as the creator of The Morning Show and Weekend Sunrise.

From 1994 to 1995, he worked as a cadet reporter at Brisbane radio station 4BC. He then worked briefly for Melbourne radio station 3AW before beginning his television career as a Sky News Australia producer in 1995, where he stayed until 1997. Boland was the Cairns Bureau Chief for Network Ten from 1997 to 1999, receiving attention for interviewing comedian Jerry Seinfeld at Cairns Airport. Boland formerly worked as a senior producer in ATN-7’s Sydney newsroom before joining Sunrise.
In February 2013, he left the Seven Network. From late 2011 until mid 2012, Boland and then-partner Julian Wong attempted to open a Ginseng Korean bathhouse in Potts Point, New South Wales, however the plan failed after coming $1.2 million short of the required $4.4 million. Boland and Wong are said to have lost $600,000 on the deal.
Boland joined Network Ten in March 2013 as the network’s director of Morning Television.On 23 January 2014, he resigned owing to illness, less than three months after the shows he designed, Wake Up and Studio 10, debuted.
