“Short Cuts” features Allison as the voice of the female jester. Brian tries to vandalize Goldman’s Pharmacy and ends up taking out a robber in the process. Following his heroism, a former acquaintance who is now a prosperous computer entrepreneur and novelist by the name of George Townsend gets in touch with him. George persuades him that his refusal to be neutered is the only thing preventing him from reaching greatness. Stewie tries to talk Brian out of it, but Brian decides to go forward after giving it some thought. Stewie follows after Brian after he leaves for the procedure after learning of a secret in one of George’s books.
After Brian is strapped down and the procedure starts, he discovers that George is actually seeking retribution for leaving him for Peter. Brian only loses one testicle during the procedure when Stewie arrives and halts it in the middle. After George eats Brian’s missing testicle, which was replaced by a jester’s bell, they persuade him that his vengeance was at least partially fulfilled and that Brian was the reason he was able to do what he had in the interim.
