Palicki played Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s Bobbi Morse. She was scheduled to film a pilot episode for Most Wanted, where she was expected to reprise her role. In the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.: Double Agent episode Searching for Secrets, she played a self-portrait. Former agent Barbara “Bobbi” Morse worked for S.H.I.E.L.D. Despite the significant losses S.H.I.E.L.D. suffered after HYDRA’s strike, she adhered to her pledge and kept serving in Robert Gonzales’ remnants of S.H.I.E.L.D. But she was ordered to infiltrate a new S.H.I.E.L.D. faction led by Phil Coulson when it formed.
She was given the assignment by Coulson to go undercover in HYDRA Laboratories for a while, pretending to be Sunil Bakshi’s Chief of Security. However, she had to break her cover in order to save Jemma Simmons, another covert agent. Upon returning to Coulson’s S.H.I.E.L.D., she carried out her initial assignment. Her recommendation to attack Coulson’s base signaled the start of the open conflict between the two S.H.I.E.L.D.s, and she was only loyal to Gonzales. She did, however, accept Coulson’s offer to serve as director of the reunified organization on the council of advisers after the two sides were able to set aside their differences and cooperate against HYDRA. Grant Ward and Kara Palamas, two renegade agents, kidnapped and tortured Morse when S.H.I.E.L.D. had to battle the Inhumans.
Ultimately, her ex-husband Lance Hunter came to her rescue. While she was healing from her wounds, Morse worked at S.H.I.E.L.D.’s lab; after she recovered, she went back to her field assignment. She and Hunter were forced to leave S.H.I.E.L.D. during a mission in Russia in order to maintain the agency’s secrecy.

As opposed to the majority of the crew who were under the former captain of the Orville, Kelly asked directly to be Ed Mercer’s first officer. She had served on another ship that was not named.
Kelly used to dream of being a captain of a ship and falling in love. After completing her cadet studies at Union Point, she became a Science Officer in the Planetary Union, where she eventually met Ed. Kelly was shortly after dispatched to the Orville in 2421 as a result of a temporal disruption. She discovered that she would eventually divorce Ed after cheating on him.After being transported back to her own time, Kelly made the decision to break up with him, changing the course of events and guaranteeing that the Kaylon would eventually destroy the Union. In this alternate history, Kelly wed Cassius and worked as the USS Jefferson’s first officer until the Battle of Earth against the Kaylon, when she skillfully oversaw a motley crew that sent Doctor Claire Finn back in time to obliterate her memories.
Restoring the chronology, Kelly and Ed were wed from 2414 to 2418, when her extramarital affair with Darulio caused their union to dissolve. Feeling guilty, Kelly subtly persuaded the admiralty to assign her as first officer and promote Ed to captain of the Orville.Kelly was regarded as one of the most cool-headed, brave, and inventive crew members. She led the audacious mission to recruit the Krill in the Battle of Earth, which turned the tide of battle in favor of the Union, and she successfully planted a redwood seed inside a quantum accelerator to save the Orville in the Battle of Epsilon 2.
