Tran has performed in Netflix comedy specials: Festival, Boston International Comedy Film Festival, Seattle International Comedy Competition, and Hell Yes Fest in New Orleans. She is a contributing writer to several comic books, a regular guest on National Lampoon’s Comedy Radio, and a regular guest on several popular podcasts, including the delayed Being a Suicide Maniac. Tran is a Los Angeles regional finalist for the sixth season of NBC’s Last Comic Standing. In 2022, Tran released the half-hour comedy special Honey in Hanoi on NBC Peacock as part of the InvAsian series. In 2011, she began performing with the U.S. military on various overseas USO tours, including trips to Iraq, Kuwait, and Europe. In 2013, Tran began her podcast, “Out of the Box,” where she interviews politicians and activists, internet personalities, porn stars, comedians, artists, and other iconoclastic figures and thinking people.
