Stubbs was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served as a Mormon missionary in Ecuador. In his early twenties, Stubbs made ends meet by selling peepholes door to door. Stubbs worked as a salesman for Paine Weber in Los Angeles, but later left to pursue a career in theater. Stubbs studied comedic improvisation at the Groundlings Theatre and School in Hollywood, California. He began performing stand-up comedy in 1991. Stubbs has hosted two radio stations in the Salt Lake City metropolitan area. He first hosted the Stubbs Show on KEGA, 101.5 Eagle. He also hosts the Keith Stubbs Sports Show on ESPN 700. He played Rob Schneider’s accountant on the Netflix series “Real Rob” and appeared on Byron Allen’s Comedy.tv show. Stubbs owns Wiseguys comedy clubs in Salt Lake City and Ogden.
