Law & Order

Actor Tambor made appearances on Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as a guest star.Judge Barry Dilwynn, a Surrogates Court judge, is in charge of Senator Randall Bailey’s murder trial. In an attempt to gain notoriety, Dilwynn turned the trial into a whole farce and spectacle by demanding that cameras film the proceedings, indulging in melodrama, and amplifying his compassion for the Bailey family.

Through an effective presentation of the crime’s facts, the prosecution navigated the chaos and persuaded the jury to find the accused guilty. Bailey made threats to have Dilwynn removed from the legal system, and given his flagrant misbehavior, it seemed plausible, but the outcome was unclear. Defense lawyer Lester Cohen has had multiple run-ins with the Special Victims Unit. The people he represents on a regular basis are famous people accused of crimes.

Arrested Development

Tambor appeared as Oscar Bluth, George Sr.’s identical twin brother, a lethargic ex-hippie seeking the affection of Lucille in the American television satirical sitcom Arrested Development. The first episode features the arrest of Michael’s father, George Bluth Sr., a dishonest real estate magnate and the family patriarch. Despite being imprisoned, George goes to great measures to dominate and manipulate his family and makes multiple attempts to avoid being brought to court.

Lucille, his wife and Michael’s mother, is a relentlessly materialistic, viciously manipulative, and hypercritical of every member of her family. She also consumes alcohol on a regular basis. Her youngest son, Byron “Buster” Bluth, is overeducated on a variety of irrelevant topics but devoid of emotional intelligence and common sense, therefore he is the one on whom she has the strongest hold. In addition to being a mother’s son with dependency problems, Buster also gets panic episodes frequently.

Tambor WordGirl

He appeared as Mr. Big, Mr. Birg in the American animated children’s superhero television series WordGirl. Mr. Big, whose real name is Shelly Smalls, is one of WordGirl’s main enemies. He is the CEO of the self-titled “Mr. Big Industries,” which has a golden corporate logo with Mr. Big’s face on it, and he describes himself as a wealthy and sinister corporate entrepreneur. “We strive to constantly use mind-control” is the mission statement of Mr. Big’s organization, and it indicates that mind-control is his specialty. He is the television version of Lex Luthor, Superman’s greatest adversary.

Mr. Big created the white cube-shaped Things, The Thing and The Mega-Thing, which have no function whatsoever yet have been wildly popular. Mr. Big Industries also sells Mr. Big’s Big Book of Big Words, a dictionary; Wordsucker, a microphone; Hero Sucker, a massive vacuum; and a Walk and Talk WordGirl Doll, which, contrary to the real super-heroine, uses the word “strategery” instead of “strategy” and allows them to purchase pointless spin-offs like the Official WordGirl Tree-Shaker through mind control.
