Storyline

Rambo travels to Mexico to find her but is met with opposition from a drug cartel. He murders several men in brothels until he finds a drugged and raped Gabrielsa, who dies from a forced overdose. Hugo leads a group of hitmen to Rambo’s ranch in retaliation, where each falls victim to rigged traps. Rambo mutilates Hugo and rips his heart out in the aftermath.
