Kristy Swanson portrays Marlowe Viccellio, a parolee, the wife of Carlton Lassiter, and the mother of Lily Lassiter in six episodes of Psych. Lassiter meets Marlowe at a bar in “This Episode Sucks,” where Lassiter attempts to figure out who she is. The unmarried Marlowe confesses her love for a man with chest hair. After learning that Marlowe’s necklace was worn at a crime scene, Lassiter becomes certain that there was a vampire assault.
Lassiter visits Marlowe’s house after seeing her necklace there and seeing her print on his watch. Marlowe discloses that she witnessed Lassiter from the parking lot before running away out of terror. Before they can kiss, Juliet, Shawn, and Gus discover that her house has received a call requesting blood. Marlowe acknowledges the pilfering but denies the killings. Adrian, Marlowe’s brother, uses chloroform to attack Lassiter, but Adrian swears to take his blood instead. Taking charge of the matter, Lassiter pays Marlowe a visit in jail and makes a commitment to hold out for her release.
