Arrington began her broadcasting career as a producer for Main Floor and Real TV. She subsequently began her career as a sideline reporter for Fox Sports, where she covered women’s tennis and wrote features for FOX NFL Sunday. She also co-hosted FOX Sports’ NFL Under the Helmet for one season. For three seasons, Arrington hosted the Arena Football League’s pregame show on TNN and covered arena football games from the sidelines. She subsequently spent four years at CBS Sports as the lead sideline reporter for the Southeastern Conference College Football and US Open Tennis tournaments, as well as a feature reporter on The NFL Today show.
