Both shows are broadcast on PBS and PBS Create stations throughout the United States, as well as on the Roku Plant-Based Network and other streaming platforms. Fiore’s Totally Vegetarian: Easy, Fast, Comforting Cooking for Every Kind of Vegetarian was published by Da Capo Lifelong Books in 2008. Totally Vegetarian production began in 2002 at a cable access station in Portland, Maine, before being picked up by PBS; 52 episodes were produced. Fiore began filming Vegan Mashup in 2012, with Bryant Terry, Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, and others as guests. Between 2008 and 2013, Fiore hosted the VegEZ podcast.
