The Castlereagh, like the Banksia Bistro and the Four in Hand, features gastro-pub fare, such as his suckling pig sausage roll and buttermilk chicken schnitzel with mushroom sauce.

Fassnidge appeared as a competitor in the seventh season of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Australia in January 2021. He was the tenth competitor eliminated and finished fifth.
