James Tahhan, better known as Chef James, is a Venezuelan chef, television personality, restaurant, and author. He is most known for being Telemundo’s official chef and co-host of the morning show Un Nuevo Dia.

Tahhan was also influenced during this time by David Abal, a neighbor and professional chef of Galician heritage who taught Tahhan the fundamentals of at-home cooking.
