He scored the pilot and a role in the ensemble cast of Working Dog Productions’ improvised comedy show Thank God You’re Here three months before he graduated. The Triple M radio comedy show Get This, which aired in 2006 and featured Kavalee, Tony Martin, and panel operator Richard Marsland, featured comedy sketches, celebrity guests, and trivia and current affairs banter. The show did well in the ratings and soon attracted a large group of devoted fans, including English comedian Ross Noble, who said in an interview in 2012 that even though it was off the air for five years, Get This was still his favorite radio show. However, Austereo made the controversial decision to end the program after two years. In spite of the fights from fans and allies, the show completed in November 2007.
