The majority of her work has been in guest roles on American television shows, though she did play a stripper and perform a seductive dance routine in the 2000 feature film Dancing at the Blue Iguana. Kelley had a recurring role as Zoe in the final season of Lost in 2010. She portrayed Carol Rhodes on Gossip Girl from 2011 to 2012.
Sheila Kelley prepared for the role of “Stormy” in the film Dancing at the Blue Iguana (2000) by learning how to striptease and pole dance. As a result, her body grew longer, leaner, and more fit. She decided to combine her knowledge of ballet, exercise, and exotic dancing into the “S Factor” fitness dance workout for women. Kelley is the author of “The S Factor: Strip Workouts for Every Woman” and the owner of several “S Factor” exercise DVDs.Her appearances on L.A.
