Sue Hawk Survivor
Hawk was a member of the remaining Tagi tribe’s alliance, which voted out every remaining member of the opposing Pagong tribe after the two tribes merged into one. She, Richard Hatch, and Rudy Boesch plotted to vote Wiglesworth out while four players remained in Borneo, but the plan was scrapped when Wiglesworth won an Individual Immunity challenge called “Fallen Comrades,” a trivia quiz mini-game about eliminated contestants.
Hawk and Hatch each received two votes at a Tribal Council. Hawk and Hatch were denied the right to vote in a tiebreaker. Hawk was voted out by Boesch and Wiglesworth, making her the thirteenth player to be eliminated and the sixth jury member of the final Tribal Council, finishing fourth. Sue infamously referred to Richard as a “snake” and Kelly as a “rat” during the final Council. Hawk went on to say that in Mother Nature, a snake would eat a rat. Hawk competed again in All-Stars 2004 as a member of the Chapera tribe.
She was involved in an incident with another former Borneo player, Richard Hatch, who reappeared as part of the Mogo Mogo tribe in the same season. Hawk later claimed that Hatch’s genitals touched her as he passed her on the balance beam mini-game during one of the tribal immunity challenges. Hawk voluntarily resigned from the game the next day after Hatch was voted out because she was too upset to continue. Hawk and Hatch discussed the incident in the February 27, 2004, episode of The Early Show, which aired the day after the Survivor episode.
