She appeared as Mira, a former house slave serving Lucretia in The House of Batiatus on Spartacus. Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Spartacus: Vengeance both feature her. During the early stages of the Third Servile War, she assists Spartacus during his uprising, becomes a fighter, and later becomes his lover. Mira is a submissive slave with a fiery personality. While she follows her masters’ orders without question, her inner thoughts and emotions seep out around Spartacus. She appears to accept her life of servitude and does not want to jeopardize it. Her behavior around Spartacus suggests she has feelings for him, but this could just be a craving for affection she has been denied as a slave.
After escaping the ludus, she discovers her voice and proves herself to be a capable leader and fierce fighter. Confident and strong-willed, she maintains a kind and compassionate disposition around her friends and allies but can also be cold towards her enemies and is willing to sacrifice something of herself to do what she has to. Mira develops feelings of love for Spartacus and wishes for him to reciprocate them, but she realizes she cannot fill the void left by his wife Sura. She demonstrates a darker side when she attempts to strangle Ilithyia to death after learning she is possibly pregnant with Spartacus’ child.
