Zazie Olivia Beetz is a German-American actress, popularly known for starring in the FX comedy-drama series Atlanta which she is still currently starring in. For which she received a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a comedy Series. Olivia also appeared in the Netflix anthology series Easy and voices Amber Bennett in Amazon’s animated superhero action series Invincible.

The 31 year old actress started her career at a very young age. Growing up in New York’s Washington Heights neighborhood, she became interested in acting while attending Muscota New School and performed in community theaters and on local stages. She graduated from the LaGuardia Arts High School in 2009, and attended Skidmore College, graduating in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in French. From 2016 to 2019, Olivia essayed the recurring role of Noelle in the Netflix comedy-drama series Easy.
In 2017, she played the part of Courtney in the American-French drama film Sollers Point. Also the actress portrayed the role of a cybersecurity expert Dana in the disaster film Geostorm. The following year 2018, Zazie landed another hit role, that of the Marvel Comics character Domino in the super-hit movie Deadpool 2. Because of her work in this movie she was nominated for a Teen Choice Award. Same year, the Dana role player also acted in films like Slice and Dead Pigs along with a short film That’s Harrassement. Propelled by her fame from Deadpool2 and Atlanta in 2019, she began to take up roles in films like psychological horror flick Wounds, Netflix sports drama High Flying Bird, mystery-drama The Undiscovered Country and political thriller Seberg, all spanning different genres. In 2020, she was a part of the film animated Extinct where she lent her voice to a character.
