Behrs landed her first movie role in American Pie Presents: The Book of Love in 2009. She next appeared in the independent comedy created by Maria Menounos, Adventures of Serial Buddies. In 2011, Behrs auditioned for 2 Broke Girls and after seven auditions, landed the lead role. She has appeared in the CBS sitcom The Neighborhood since 2018, currently in its 3rd season. In May 2017, the series was canceled after 6 seasons. Behrs appeared with fashion stylist Brad Goreski on Bravo’s It’s A Brad, Brad World in 2013. In Disney/animated Pixar’s movie Monsters University, she voiced sorority girl Carrie Williams. In an independent comedy named Hello, My Name Is Doris, Behrs starred alongside Sally Field and Max Greenfield. She has co-created the youth-adult webcomic Dents with childhood friend Matt Doyle since 2016.
