She is most recognized for her appearances in the Disney Channel Original Series That’s So Raven, the 2006 film Step Up, the VH1 TLC biographical film CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story, and the BET comedy-drama television series The Game. In 2020, she joined the Bravo reality show The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Jordan, was the Pastor of Journey to the Cross Ministries, and her father, Dr. Robert A. Jordan, is a Pediatrician. Her father, Robert, was Rush Presbyterian Hospital’s first black chief resident of pediatrics. Robert previously worked at the Post Office for ten years, when only three of her siblings were born. Unfortunately, Robert had Alzheimer’s disease and had survived Covid-19.

She appeared as Lucille “Lucy” Avila, Nora’s best friend who enjoys singing and is dating a college student named Colin in the 2006 American romantic dance drama film Step Up. Nora is encouraged by Lucy to pursue her dream of becoming a professional dancer.

Tionne Watkins begins the film by recounting the girls’ childhood life and summarizing their experience. Pebbles informs the girls that they will not curse or be careless, which appears to irritate them. Pebbles dismisses Chilli from the band and arranges tryouts for a new lead singer. Tionne and Lisa both advise Pebbles that Chilli should stay. Chilli decides to have an abortion after discovering she is pregnant in order to save her career. Tionne and Lisa pay Chilli a visit after her surgery to cheer her up.
When they hear “What About Your Friends” on the radio, the girls are overjoyed. Lisa, Chilli, and Pebbles embark on their first countrywide tour as an opening act for MC Hammer in 1992.
