McCollum Career

Because he fell in love with music at an early age, McCollum began performing when he was in elementary school. He went on tour with the Texas band Six Market Blvd, and his first single, “Highway,” was released on June 5, 2013. Parker debuted with the EP A Red Town View, which he published on November 19, 2013. His debut album, The Limestone Kid, was published in 2015. The album had eleven songs, nine of which were written by him and two by family members, and was based mostly on his experiences of growing up in Limestone County, Texas.

On July 7, 2017, he released an EP titled Probably Wrong: Session One, which peaked at No. 6 on the Billboard Charts and sold over 2,000 copies in the United States. On June 27, 2019, he secured a record deal with Universal Music Group, and his first single, ‘Pretty Heart,’ was released. McCollum’s music has been described as a blend of blues, roots rock, soul, and folk-rock by many over the years.
