Jason worked as a morning and noon meteorologist at WCBI-TV in Columbus, Mississippi, before returning to Florida. Jason documented the epic tornado disaster on April 27, 2011, during his final week on the job in Columbus, a day he’ll never forget. Jason enjoys jogging, working out, and experiencing all that Southwest Florida has to offer while he is not at the First Alert Storm Tracking Center. He enjoys fishing and being near the ocean in particular.
